Negative: La première nuit les voisins d'en haut on été très bruyant.

Positive: The most comfortable bed ever. Very nice location right on the waterfront. Easy to access
Negative: The place has very very poor soundproofing. I could clearly make out the conversations of my neighbours. Also I could hear them getting up in the morning.
